Warranty

Sensies Inc. ("the Company") is proud to offer a limited warranty on its premium silver jewellery products. This warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product.
• Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, tarnishing, or fading of the jewellery over time.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines.
• Exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, or abrasive materials.
• Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as high humidity or temperature fluctuations.
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Repairs or alterations made by unauthorized third parties.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us Contact information – Sensies with Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided, along with a detailed description of the issue and clear photographs of the product. If requested, customers will need to ship the product back to the Company using a shipping label provided by the Company. The Company will inspect the returned product and determine if the defect falls under the warranty. Approved claims will result in repair or replacement of the defective product. If the original product is discontinued, customers may receive a replacement of equal value. If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued.

This warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from the Company or its authorized retailers. The Company reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet the outlined criteria. The Company also reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be posted on our website.

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sensies Inc. is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Sensies Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
